RETURN POLICY

1.1 You may return the Product to Natural Peaces or cancel the entitlement to services and obtain a refund of the price of the returned Product provided that you contact us within thirty (30) days from the day after the goods are delivered. The refund will include the full value of the product and the original delivery charge. If a product is sold as part of a product combination (bundle) in which other products are offered for free or at a discount compared to their normal price, the bundled product must at Natural Peaces request be returned with the product purchased. Natural Peaces reserves the right to raise an invoice in respect of any free or discounted bundled product not so returned.

1.2 To cancel an order you just need to let us know; emailing us at support@naturalpeaces.com or call our Customer Contact Team by telephone on +447400152553 . If you are emailing us, please include details of your order to help us identify it with the Subject Line Cancel Order (Order No.). If you are returning a product, please email or call our Customer Services Team. Products returned by you for any reason will be refunded in full as part of our no-quibble guarantee. You must return the product to us and it is essential that you include a copy of the original invoice so that a refund can be processed.

1.3 We shall process the refund within 14 days from the time we have received the cancelled products and share the details with you. Your bank may take additional time to credit the money to your account.

1.4 The amount we will refund to you will be the price you paid for the Product(s).

1.5 When you return Products to us (for instance, because you have cancelled the Contract between us, or have notified us in accordance with clause 14 that you do not agree to any change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective, we will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will refund any money received from you for the Products using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Products. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Product back from you (or if earlier, 14 days after the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the Product back to us). If you have not received the Product from us at the time of cancellation, we will refund you within 14 days after you inform us of your decision to cancel the Contract.
